Our Mission
The Alberta World War Living History Association keeps Canadian military history alive and honoured. We link the public with veterans and their stories through art, literature, and public engagement; support the Canadian Military and cadets with moral and real assistance; and unite community members—veterans, serving members, first responders, and citizens—who uphold freedom, democracy, and remembrance. History kept alive, and not forgotten.

To be the premier organization in Alberta linking the public with veterans of the Canadian Military and keeping their stories alive through public interactions, literature, art, and historical representation.
Our History
The Alberta World War Living History Association was founded in 2021 by members from all over Alberta to educate the public about Canada's Military History from the foundations of Canada to present day. Our association portrays, and is not limited to, the Royal Highland Regiment of Canada (The Black Watch), and the Canada's Nursing Sisters. We personalize the aspects of living history and tell history through a first-person perspective with absolute authenticity.
